Precision Pest and Home Services was one of the best, if not The Very Best, contractors I have ever worked with for my cottage here on Kiawah Island, for multiple services ranging from attic pest removal and resulting installation of new duct work and foam insulation, and, the mandatory reinforcement of sub flooring support joists and surface flooring due to pest infestation and dry rot, leading to badly needed remodeling/ upgrading of both baths which are now infinitely better than before and well, beautiful thanks to Precision Pest and Home Services ~ Everything per the above was perfectly performed by the Precision Pest and Home Services team, was completed on time, and most importantly was very cost effective ~ Both Joe and Karina were easy to work with through this entire process over the past couple of months as they both advised and collaborated closely with me every step of the way ~ Moreover they were both ever-so patient with me, were thoroughly knowledgeable of the multiple project(s), always understood and resolved my concerns which always put me at ease ~ I have already begun to refer Precision Pest and Home to friends and neighbors here and I will continue my connection with Precision Pest and Home Services for any/all future home services including renovations and upgrades ~
