Reviews
What customers say
Customers praise technicians for thorough, considerate work and clear explanations. One customer also says a technician examined roach photos and returned with follow-up treatments. A property customer, however, says buildings were not serviced as contracted, found overcharges and felt the chemicals seemed ineffective, and was considering a change amid continued resident complaints.

Loving Life
Wish I could give a better review. It started off great and has went down hill fast. I found out that our buildings were not being serviced per our contract, found over charges, and the chemicals used seemed to not work. Very disappointed! I never get to connect with the rep that we signed our contract with. I feel they are under staffed and can’t handle adding all the properties they did. Looking to make a change due to poor customer service and continued resident complaints!

Eli has come to the rescue! I appreciate his dedication to service. He listens to my concerns. He explained the different types of roaches and pesticides. He examined photos we’d taken of the roaches. He returned with follow-up treatments, accordingly. He’s thorough and committed.

Eli, did an??????????
I had a great experience with Magna Pest Control! Davis, our technician, was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the treatment process and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He was respectful of our space and worked efficiently. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the care he put into his work. Highly recommend Magna Pest Control—and especially Davis—for anyone in need of reliable and courteous service! Awesome job with The Griff property. Thank you!

Elijah from MAGNA PEST did an Awesome job!!!! This is the first time he came to my house. Professional and at same time very friendly, Great communication I wish I could always have him come back again, but he was just covering for someone ?? He went thoroughly through my house. He took his time and making sure he got everything covered before leaving. Overall I'm very happy with the technician assigned to me!! If he's ever around Tennessee I would like to have him come back again.
