Our Sage Technician, Kweisi, provided excellent service in covering areas inside and outside of the house that needed treatment. He was able to answer all questions from my wife and I about the treatment. We have been with Sage since September of this year, and we have been very pleased.
I had the pleasure of meeting Stuart, who came out to do the initial treatment for my house today, and I’m so satisfied with the breakdown of the service he provided me with. He patiently answered all my questions, completed all the tasks for the outdoor treatment and the additional requests I made in time, and also gave me suggestions based on his experience like what Vapor barrier to use. He was also extremely pleasant to talk to, and I’m so glad I went with Sage Pest Control. Now I feel more informed and less anxious about both pests and the pest control treatment methods/ingredients and their toxicity, if any!

I just want to share how absolutely incredible the marketing is for this company or at least tech Chris. I noticed a package at my door, but no one knocked or bothered us at all, which I appreciate due to having a dog and a baby. I opened the package to an incredibly nice hat with the companies logo only on the bottom side. They included a test kit to see if you have any sort of a bug problem, which I immediately put out. We will absolutely be using this company if we see anything on the kit. There was a ton of thought put into this. Amazing marketing 10/10!
Just moved into our new home a few weeks ago and signed up with Sage after seeing that some of my neighbors use them. And they had great reviews! I asked them if they could come out again a week after our 1st initial service (Our home sat vacant a few months before we moved in, so needless to say, nature took over our home during that time lol). Sage was SO GREAT about scheduling the reservice very quickly and all of the customer service team and technicians are so nice, polite and helpful every single time! They’ve done a great job taking care of my pest control problems - living behind protected land, we get a lot of extra creatures. And we’ve already seen a huge improvement in the amount of spiders and other unfamiliar bugs in the area. And it’s only been a week since our initial service. Glad my first experience signing up for pest control services was with Sage. Very impressed with their entire team and services so far. Keep up the great work Sage, and thank you
