Robaid did an excellent job. He contacted me beforehand to see if it was convenient for him to come. He asked if there was anything specific that we needed. He sent me a text with everything he did on it, what chemicals he used and why. He’s a very nice young man and I appreciate his professionalism.
Very easy to schedule service on short notice. Aaron was great. He was quick and got the job done in a timely fashion. Just needed them to do a move out flea/tick treatment (with no active pests). Highly recommend.
Communication is the most important metric in this kind of service. Last time the technician came physically to my apartment, I told him that the service was not effective, and that after more than 6 visits ( 130$ each), I did not want to continue with them. He offered to give one more free service to see if it could help.I talked with the office member who confirmed that the service was indeed going to be free. Not only this free service was not done yet, but I was charged 130$ because the technician (Bradley Write) said that he "came to my place at 4.50pm but It was closed". First , I always receive notifications and set up the timing before the team comes. But this time, nothing was communicated to me.I talked to the office , they said that it cannot be refund, it is charged because it was part of the "routine" service and not the free one that was expected. This is , in my opinion, not how they could handle it. For respect and to keep my integrity with people who helped me, I let them "take the money" , but I exhort you guys to be clear when communicating . And for an upcoming service,\\\Placing the customer first should be the priority. And in this case, I felt that the situation was not handled properly.I respect people who provide services, and I allowed them to 'take that money" so that I can keep integrity and honor to people who were helping me, but I think It should be communicated to me properly of the day of service, and of whether it was going to be charged even if nobody actually performed the service.
An amazing technician service for our house this morning. He was able to find multiple entrance points for mice, he was able to rectify the situation and where he couldn’t he was able to give a clear, concise advice on how to remediate the issue. He also dealt with black watches and yellow jackets that had made a nest in our soffit. What an incredible gentleman would absolutely recommend him to anybody using green pest services. Thank you very much.
He came while I was in a meeting without any forewarning and then when I was done he was gone and I looked at the deck and I still found 4 spiders and webs on my stairs - I’m truly annoyed and frustratedBut then they called me about the issue and scheduled another tech to come out and also addressed the communication issue as well! Thank you!
