The Exterminator sent a nice text advising me that he was on his way. He arrived on time. He was pleasant, kind and professional. He alerted us the carpenter bees and a potential mosquitoe pool.The price was right too!.
The lady who answered the phone could not tell me an estimate for the services I told her I needed. We talked in circles 3 times. And then I thanked her for no being able to tell me what I was asking for and that I did not feel comfortable with them because she would not speak directly to my needs.She must have been a new employee because she sounded so confused and like she didn't know what she was talking about.Needless to say... They completely lost my business. And I started the phone conversation with enthusiasm and I was ready to buy.It's a shame they don't train their the people who answer their phone better.
Had a serious wasp problem with the warm weather. Couldn’t open door without them flying in. Called late Thursday to see if they could come out and spray. They had Colby out there the next day spraying and wasp starting falling right away. Appreciate the help and they are always willing to come and respray if needed
Colby was quick to come out to our house and help us with our bug problem, he made the process so easy and is really good about communicating and explaining everything!
David with Nuclear Pest Control is awesome! He always texts before his arrival and then checks in with me before starting any treatments to see if there have been any issues since our last service. He always explains what he is doing during his visit and is super pleasant to work with. I also appreciate the ability to have the service auto billed to my credit card. It makes everything easy.
