I was so impressed with the treatment we received. The guys were so helpful and professional. Joe and David were great! They were so thorough! The sprayed inside and all over outside, they treated our yard, knocked down cob webs and also treated our out-building. Even our salesman, Alex, did a good job explaining the service in a friendly and not-pushy way. I’d definitely recommend them!!
Outstanding Service from Urbanex Pest Control!We had our three-story home treated today by Urbanex Pest Control and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Our technician, Brandon, did an excellent job. He thoroughly went around the entire exterior of the house, removed all the spider webs, and was able to spray the pesticide all the way up to the soffits — no easy task on a tall home like ours.Brandon also addressed our carpenter beetle issue (and the grubs) effectively. He applied granules around the foundation, placed a rodent trap on the side of the house, and set several insect traps inside the garage. His attention to detail was impressive, and the whole property looks and feels much better already.I also want to mention the sales team — Devin and Roy — who stopped by initially. Both were extremely professional and knowledgeable. I never felt any pressure to buy, which I really appreciated.I’m extremely happy with the service and look forward to continuing to work with Urbanex Pest Control in the future. Highly recommend them!
