Setup a termite inspection and annual pest treatment with Bust-A-Bug and have been supremely impressed with the through service and quick responses to questions and potential issues. Their full crawlspace inspection discovered and HVAC line that had come disconnected and was saturating my insulation with cold air (from duct) mixed with high humidity (vents). Was able to rectify the situation and greatly improve crawlspace environment and resulting air quality. Additionally they researched and then treated (with environmentally friendly Sentricon paste) an emergent appearance of uncommon species of termites. I highly recommend this company!
These guys have been great to us from the beginning of there service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pest control and crawlspace issues.
I’ve had nearly wonderful service over the last 2 years, however my recent experience made this feel really icky. When you sell your home there are specific pests and fungal infections you are legally required to have inspection for AND treated. One would assume the pest control company I pay $60/month for and schedule annual inspections with should obviously cover this. They are the pest experts I have TRUSTED.The ONE pest legally required to treat and inspect for during the Sale of a home in VA is NOT covered by my pest control service. You have. Got. To. Be. Kidding. As a non pest expert I am expecting the service providers I’m leaning on to act in my best interest. This does not feel like it’s in my best interest. This feels like a $600 money grab. I have compiled a list of service providers I DO trust for the new home owners and this company is no longer one of them for me. Frankly, I’m disappointed.I have no idea if other pest control companies act in this way. If the industry standard is to not cover the inspection and treatment of a pest that’s legally required in the sale of a home, then the industry as a whole should consider doing better for all their clients.Throughout the 2 years they did take good care of the issues I did have. I did have an ant problem when I moved in. I don’t anymore. There was a lot they did well but this soured my experience.
Our service tech Wade Martin did a fantastic job today. We are experiencing an infestation of gnats and he used a chemical that he put down our sink to help get rid of them. He is also very professional and courteous.
Timely, professional, and efficient. He consistently pays attention to the problem areas in my home and ensures they are thoroughly addressed. He always wears booties without being asked and maintains a calm, courteous demeanor throughout his visit.
