I highly recommend Superior Pest Solutions to anyone seeking great communication, persistence, and quality from their pest control team. A couple years ago, I discovered rats nesting under my front porch and concrete slab. I used another company for two years, and while they offered ideas (like bait stations and traps), they didn’t provide services to address the root cause—so the problem worsened. Switching to Superior Pest Solutions was the right move! From Ana’s quick, helpful responses to scheduling a walkthrough within days, to Eli’s thorough inspection and wire mesh installation, the team exceeded my expectations. Eli returned multiple times to check and adjust the mesh due to rodent activity, which I truly appreciated. He’s responsive and shares valuable knowledge to help secure my home. I’ll continue using Superior Pest Solutions for future issues—this is Chicago, after all. Thank you Eli and team!

Eli was great! Straightforward and professional and gave solid advice. Placed traps in exactly the right place to catch our mice. Was honest about persisting issues living in a multi-tenant building and did thorough exterior walkdown of my unit and building. Would def recommend to anyone having rodent/pest issues and will also be recommending to my own association board.

Eliazin is amazing. We had a rat situation in our backyard that was totally out of control; several colonies using it as a transit hub, tunnels everywhere. He did his “rat proofing” treatment, sealing around our entire fence. He was so thorough and kept coming back day after day to clear the traps, and make adjustments and improvements. He really went the extra mile for us. To be honest I was skeptical about “rat proofing” in Chicago, especially considering the numbers we had running around, but he came in April/May, and we haven’t seen a single rat back there since and have been able to enjoy our space this summer. Absolutely worth the price. He is also very nice, communicative, and easy to work with. Highly recommended.
