Wow, Sue was so helpful with our german wasp problem!! She called to confirm visit and checked up on us between to make sure we weren't needed quicker. They know their stuff. So happy to have such a great local company to count on. After being stung 3 times and the wasps attacking-- we needed help!
I called for advice and they took the time to walk me through solving a rodent issue on my own, before proceeding to hire them. Probably saved me a ton of money and avoided wasting my time. Super impressed. Their advice totally worked and I'll definitely go back for any pest issues beyond my capabilites.
Sue has been helping us out on a few occasions over the years with wasps, ants and rats. She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend chilliwack pest control for all your pests needs. She is a one woman show and offers excellent service.
Called and spoke with Sue about getting some work done to rid an ant problem. Sue was very non-committal over the phone, partly weather or whatever, saying she’d pop by for an estimate “when she was in the area.” A month has passed and we hadn’t heard anything from her since, even after a string of nice days. Not impressed by this service. Needless to say we went elsewhere.
