I would’ve gave an higher rating if they were fair about refunds. I asked the manager to give me a partial refund for only using 2 days of their service for the month since I was sellling my house and they refuse. Even after me being a long term customer.
We had a giant hornets’ nest in our backyard, and after already getting stung by one of those bald-faced hornets (and wow, did it hurt), I knew I didn’t want to go through that again. I called Happy Hive, and they came out the very next day. Bryce, the service technician, was fantastic — knowledgeable, professional, and quick. He removed the nest in no time and gave us the relief and peace of mind we needed. Now our kids and dogs can enjoy the backyard safely again.Highly recommend Happy Hive!
Corbin and his Happy Hive literally KILLED IT! We had a big Baldface Hornets' nest in our tree only about 10 feet above our sidewalk. He responded quickly to my quote request, gave us a good price, and was at our house within a few hours. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We discovered a very large bald-faced hornets nest high up in a tree near our house. Corbin responded immediately to my request for a quote and arrived within an hour on a Sunday! He explained the process and also what could happen afterwards. He treated the nest, tore it down, and disposed of it! He also checked around for any other nests of any kind.
