Fifteen years ago I first called Scherzinger for a basement flea treatment. That one visit turned into their Guardian service, which has now followed me across two homes. The entire time, Lou has been the technician on my account, and the service has been consistently excellent. He’s professional, thorough, and clearly takes pride in the work. On the rare occasion something has come up, both Lou and the Scherzinger team have been quick to respond and make it right. It’s rare these days to find a company and technician that deliver this level of consistency for well over a decade. Highly recommended.

She was very kind to request to postpone my service until the snow was melted so I didn’t have to shovel. She does a great job of covering all of my areas! I also enjoy that she discusses the yard and spends a few minutes talking to me. I live alone and the conversation is wonderful!

We started the routine maintenance service and Keyonta was our provider. He did a fantastic job and dug deeper to find the issues we told him we were having where other places told us otherwise. Clearly a very hard worker, he is also very knowledgeable and even suggested additional things we could do, including what kind of plants to have in the area. Great service was provided, he took the time to give us a detailed account of everything he did, he was very pleasnt to work with and we are so glad that he will be the one watching over our home.
