Shannon is not only an amazing woman but great at her job. She is very thorough when exterminating those nasty little insects,(roaches, etc.) You can tell she takes pride in her work and is extremely personable. I have lived in Cypress Trail for many years and really do not trust anyone in my apt when I'm not there, that doesn't apply to Shannon. I completely trust her not only in my home but around my pets. You're company should be proud to have such a loyal, competent and knowledgeable employee.
