Idris greeted me with a smile, wearing shoe covers. He waited for me to secure my animals, and then identified the type of pest using pictures and dead bugs.
Idris called his supervisor to discuss and determined we were dealing with spider mites. He sprayed those rooms where the bugs were hiding and left several traps.
Insight Pet Solutions exceeded my expectations. The service price was reasonable. Colin in Customer Service took time to answer my questions. Idris sprayed the areas keeping in mind I have pets.
I would recommend their services without hesitation. Spider mites photo attached.

My technician Robert, came out and sprayed for ants and other bugs/pests. It was my normal quarterly service. He made sure everything was good; asked some questions about if we were still dealing with ants or anything else inside. Great service, Robert was really thorough and made sure we weren't experiencing any issues.

Highly do not recommend! I chose a this company over other well know companies such as Orkin . Boy wasn’t I in for a rude awakening. Yes, the initial appointment was set up swiftly and promised to deliver services that the company didn’t provide over a month period. I requested to cancel my contract due to unsatisfactory services and I was charged $367.20?? My home was half ass services twice for fleas! No I wasn’t expecting a miracle, but I was expecting decrease flea bites and adequate services. The company was not able to met my needs regarding scheduling. All the staff was polite but everybody had a different level of education regarding which products to use on different types of surfaces. So need less to day I paid $367.20 and still have fleas??Don’t be the next victim to this scamming company ??
