The tech was really nice and respectful. He answered all my questions and made me feel more at ease. I will like him to continue to spray around my home.The only complaint that I do have to say is that the first man I spoke with (although super nice as well) gave me different prep instructions than what the tech said I could have or didn’t have to do. I kinda felt like I completely turned my house and my life upside down when it wasn’t absolutely needed. I have never had a roach problem before so this was all new to me.But regardless the tech That came out said it was still good that I did all that I did so he could get to every corner.
These have got to be the nicest most friendly people ever. They do a great job. I had to cancel cause of illness. They were awesome and rescheduled us at our pleasure. We are both disabled veterans. They thanked us for our services and gave a discount. That just doesn't happen these days. I cant recommend then enough!!
