I have been using Backyard comfort and pest control for about 4 years. They are more than professional, they are honest. I wanted to sink a few grand into mist fans on my front porch. Even though it meant loss of a sale for them, they explained the actual expected benefits of such and advised against it.Which reminds me- they have a lot of other services besides just pest control.Check out their website!For pest control- they are prompt, thorough and fairly priced.They even have 1 free mosquito control service you can trial and a package you can enroll in for mosquito service on reg schedule.. (And yes, the mosquito treatment worked well last year, and I’m doing it again this year.)They are a good group to work with.
We rented four large misting fans from Backyard Comfort & Pest Control for a big outdoor event on the Texas A&M University campus. They came up on a quick Google search and from what I could tell, there are not many companies in Bryan-College Station that rent these fans. Lance White was responsive and professional, and our fans were delivered and set up, and picked up, at the expected time. He also explained early on what was required to operate the fans safely and effectively at our event. He was concerned about details, which I always appreciate. During setup, he discovered that one of the fan's misters was not working, but he offered me a discount immediately as it was too close to our event to fix it. He was friendly, understanding of our situation, and willing to work with our event team. The misting fans made our VERY HOT event much more enjoyable and kept people cool. We would definitely call Lance for future events!
