Colin is a great & friendly gentleman. He made sure to be clear & precise when informing us about everything. He also made sure that it was safe for any & all products to be used in the home with a baby. Anytime we had a question about something that he wasn't sure on, he actually checked first instead of giving a false answer. Definitely going to ask for him next time as well as refer him to others
