I shopped around for a while for pest control, but ended up going with Proven Pest Management. From the second I dealt with them, it just felt like a better experience than other companies I had gotten quotes from. The communication was fast, effective, and left no questions about services or pricing. The service has been what has really stood out so far. Brian Ulrich is my spray tech, and he has gone above and beyond every time he has come out. He has explained what he is doing, and why he is doing it. He is impressively diligent with his pesticide application process. He leaves no stone unturned when it comes to making sure everything is covered. It's refreshing experiencing such a high level of service, and I would highly recommend using Proven Pest because they will prove me right. I never knew how bad my bugs were until I used Proven's services. Top notch all the way around!

Jeff was amazing!!! So kind. Helped me with things he didn’t have to. Got rid of my roof rat issue quickly, with no issues. Very professional. Gave me By Far the best quote, and wasn’t trying to gouge me like other companies. I couldn’t recommend this company more! Please, please choose them!!

Excellent Service from Proven Pest Management!
I highly recommend Proven Pest! They have been regularly servicing my East Memphis home for five years, and my previous home for two years before that, and I've consistently had a great experience.
Their technicians are always prompt and kind, and the front office team is incredibly polite and professional. I utilize their termite contract and quarterly pest control services. What truly sets them apart is their responsiveness: if I ever encounter any bug or pest issues between scheduled quarterly services, they quickly send someone out to resolve it.
Most recently, I was in the process of selling my home when an inspector claimed to have found evidence of roof rats. I immediately called Proven Pest for a second opinion. I had the pleasure of working with Peter, who thoroughly explained exactly what he would be looking for during his inspection. Shortly after, Peter provided a detailed explanation of his findings directly to my real estate agent. The fantastic news? No roof rats! A huge thank you to Peter for his professionalism and for putting my mind at ease!
