Sam's Pest Control

Found them through google, great reviews, and they sure earned them! Was very impressed by their response time, professionalism, and honesty. Turns out we don’t have bed bugs, and we were not taken advantage of by our lack of knowledge. Devon was extremely helpful and taught us a lot, only charging us for the inspection, but it was worth it for our peace of mind. Glad we found a local team to support, will definitely call them back if we ever need, and will recommend to anyone!

I can’t say enough great things about Dustin! From the very first visit, he has been incredibly caring and professional. He always takes the time to make conversation, which makes the whole experience feel comfortable and never awkward. His friendly personality and great sense of humor truly set him apart. Not only is he very nice and easy to talk to, but he consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled thoroughly. He takes his time, explains what he’s doing, and genuinely cares about doing the job right. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and values his customers. If you’re looking for someone reliable, knowledgeable, and personable, Dustin is absolutely the one to call. Highly recommend!

We hired Sam’s Pest for our warehouse facility and have been satisfied with their service. Their technician is knowledgeable and takes time to inspect thoroughly. Any issues identified are addressed quickly, and communication has been straightforward. They’ve been dependable to work with.

I have been having issues with mice and my friend recommended Sam’s. I got an estimate. Dustin went over all my options. He was very professional and knowledgeable while answering my questions. Super nice guy. My dog even wanted pets from him, she doesn’t do well with men. I was impressed with prices and Dustin helped a lot.

Sam and his team have treated my home for more than two years now. They always do a great job. And when they've left I never see any pest or have any issues here in my apartment which is really saying something because when you live in an apartment building it's quite a challenge to keep your home pest free. Today I met his new protege name Dustin. He did an absolutely awesome job! He was very thorough and had a great deal of knowledge about the business. He was very friendly and professional and I would recommend Dustin for anybody's home. But to Sam and the rest of the team, thank you for the great job you always do for me out here at pinewood. Blessings and best! Ronan Joel Roswell
