I had an issue with birds in my kitchen vent. Was not sure what to expect when I called for a solution. Tyler came to my house to advise and give me help. He was very through and informative. I felt very comfortable working with him and his company. Tyler is a valuable asset. I recently retired after working with the public for the last 48 years. Finding good people who understand superior customer service isn't easy. You have one in Tyler.

After dealing with ongoing rodent issues, he quickly identified the problem areas and put a much better plan in place.
