Dustin came today and did my first treatment. He wasvery respectful and knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. He appeared to do a thorough job and even came back to knock down a wasp nest he missed. He did exactly what I expected someone in his profession to do. Something I did not expect was his company asking me to give Dustin a tip for doing the job I paid for him to do. If the company thinks he needs a tip then maybe the company should pay him more? Nothing against Dustin but I think the company is out of line asking their customers to tip their employees.
I switched from another pest control company recently. Kyle came out and treated the house on such short notice! He had wonderful communication even though I was out of town! So far very pleased with these guys! Kyle did a fantastic job, give that man a raise!
