They were professional, and called me to give me an update if they would be late or what time they would be arriving. The technician took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable with the treatment plan. We noticed a huge improvement almost immediately, and the customer service was outstanding throughout the entire process.
