Awesome service was provided by Tech Devonte. He rang my bell, introduced himself and explained the services he was going to provide. I'm a very curious person by nature, so I asked questions, I was very impressed with his patience and professionalism in taking time to answer each question directly. Even though he was a guest in my home, he made me feel comfortable and confident having him in my home. He assured me, if I should have concerns to feel free to call and they will be glad to assist. That's GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I'm impressed.
