Hunter arrived and explained everything he was going to do and explained in detail as he did the work. He also told me tips on how to prevent bugs from coming through the bathroom pipes. Then once he finished outside, he told me what he saw and took care of. This was a first visit, and if it continues this way, I'd say I made a great choice.
