Jarrod’s has been very good to work with in solving our pest problems. Nobody’s perfect, but everyone on staff has been been at least courteous, and sometimes down right enthusiastic about resolving issues. Several folks there have gone above and beyond more than once. Definitely recommend.

For over 14 years of using various services with Jarrod’s Pest Control, I have had no complaints. I have always received friendly and professional service.
Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Joshua after we noticed rat droppings in our garage. He came out, set traps, and by the next day the rats were caught. What I appreciated most is that even after the rats were immediately caught, they continued to follow up and conduct periodic checks before officially closing the job.
Joshua did an excellent job, and I truly enjoyed our conversations. Prayerfully, we won’t see any more rats in the garage, but if we do, I will definitely contact Jarrod’s and request Joshua.
