We’ve been a Knox customer for around ten years. Although we’ve had some issues in the past, since Knox started sending Mr. Johnny out as our technician, we’ve been very happy. Effective pest control, very friendly and courteous, always calls to let us know he’s on his way.
I don't know which branch Hailey works out of but I had the pleasure to speak with her today to straighten out a customer concern. She was pleasant, and patient while I was having to go back and forth between my customer and her to obtain the information needed to make necessary changes.
