I have used Champion for a few years now. I always appreciate their service and prompt response for scheduling. Bridget has typically been who I’ve spoken to on the phone and she’s always been very helpful. If I had one item of improvement with the service, it would be knowing more precisely when to expect the techs to arrive. Generally, I’m given a time range of a couple hours when they might show up, which is acceptable and they always arrive within that window, but it sometimes makes it tricky to plan other things throughout the day if I need to leave an entire two-three hour window open. Aside from that, I think Champion is a great company and it’s nice to support local in Ohio.

Termite bait stations. Reasonably priced. Very good customer service. Ray came out earlier than originally scheduled, and knocked out the job quickly and efficiently. He did a great job for us. An excellent customer experience, beginning to end. 10/10 - I definitely recommend Champion.
Will was the tech today. He came in with no fan fare. He did his treatment quickly and efficiently. Told him i was working on schoolwork, he remained quiet and respectful, let me know as he left and even gave my dog a little attentiin. Thanks Will.
