Great service and friendly staff. I love that they send you an appointment reminder and even let you know they’re on their way. I’m always asked of any “problem” areas that they can focus on. Staff communicates via text messaging and send pictures every time. Only thing I don’t like is that I’m contracted for two years because I don’t like to be locked into a commitment. However the service they provide and the friendly staff makes it worth it.
Antion with Aptive was friendly and did a thorough job of applying treatments for seasonal pests when I told him of my concerns. He also took down all visible webs outside the home. I appreciate the effort, photos and friendly communication.

I have been procrastinating finding a service for my out of control spider situation. A couple gallons of home defense spray have done nothing to deter them. Frankly it seems like it attracted more. I have a really nice outdoor space I have just let go to waste because I haaaaaaaate spiders and have seen enough of a variety of gnarly spiders to keep me indoors. What luck I just so happened to be working from home and the service I needed came to me. And with a pretty good promotion at that. No effort having to dig through google and yelp reviews and calls to find a good service and estimates. Elliot came out, swept away the webs and went to town getting every nook and cranny we discussed covered. We will see what my place looks like in a few months to see if it helps but the service has been great so far. Here’s hoping I finally get to enjoy my backyard.
