We received a very thorough treatment plan for our home,and yard;by the tech named Jesse;and he was ?? percent as well.Our only known issue ,was with a few spiders;but our one trip treatment plan included all pests,plus small rodents;& the yard was cleaned and treated for fleas;ticks ,etc ;since we have a small “inside “dog. The exterior of our home was inspected for any small spaces ;or areas that a rodent might get inside;a couple of spaces were sealed and painted,so its not visible. Flex is the best I’ve ever used. They communicate before and after they come and let you know if they will be late. Wasps were completely gone after one treatment. Ants were not all gone so I called and they came back. Incredible customer service and completely happy with their service. Very respectful workers. Highly recommend.
