The receptionist always texts/calls to schedule our routine maintenance working around our chaotic schedules. Had our first spray with The Pest Detective today and we’re so happy we chose them! Scheduling was super easy over the phone, which made everything stress-free. Jeb, our technician, was awesome. He even took his shoes off before coming in — I told him he didn’t have to, but he didn’t want to track in the grass. Super polite and thoughtful. He also explained how the treatments work and answered all my questions. Really informative and friendly. Highly recommend!

VERY impressed with Clay and The Pest Detective. I contacted him and within 30 minutes he had gotten back to me to set up time to visit the house for my free estimate the next day!! I saw results within 24 hours! THAT is what excellent customer service looks like!! He will be revisiting me in a week to make sure everything's going good. His payment terms are excellent.
