When I called the company for the first time, I explained that I had spiders on the pool screen and that was why I needed the service. I called again before signing the contract, where they explained that the contract covered everything, but when the technician arrived, he explained that the contract did not cover that. The technician called the company twice and they did not respond. I called, and the person who assisted me told me that they did not cover what I needed. When I explained to the person who answered the phone at the company that I wanted to cancel the contract, they told me to call back on Monday. The technician was very kind, professional, and responsible, but I would not recommend the company and I want to terminate the contract with the company.

So so so happy we switched pest companies. We have had a palmetto bug (AKA American Roach) for MONTHS now. We saw the first one over a year and an half ago but it really got worse the last 6-8 months. Like seeing 2-6 A DAY. We keep a clean home and we didn’t know where they were coming from. The previous pest company didn’t have any solutions or answers and didn’t seem to really care about our problem. When we made the switch to Nozzle Nolan they took it seriously. They treated me withrespect and empathy, it was nice to be listened to! The whole team has great customer service. They came in right away and did the initial treatment. We saw improvements after the second treatment. I did call them out almost weekly to get the problem eliminated but their products works. They stand by it and I do too. They came up with solutions and now it’s under control. We didn’t see one for two whole weeks. 10/10 would recommend.
