The service by the office staff was knowledgeable and courteous. It was a pleasure to speak with Nicole. The technician, Mike, arrived early! Was very nice, knowledgeable, helpful, careful and nice. First, I must say that customer service seems to be a lost art. However, I am well pleased with the service provided by Tony Boyles today. Very respectful of my time (received a text with arrival time) and my property. Explained everything he was doing and educated me on why I was having the problem and the particular pests causing the problem. I must also mention “Ms. Mary” the first point of contact. Very calm inviting manner over the phone. Thank you! Your company did not disappoint.
