First off, I don't know his name but the guy who talked me into trying them and getting rid of my old service. You are good! Honestly, I'm glad you sold me. Eileen was absolutely amazing! So sweet and very thorough and absolutely crushed it for us! She texted me in the morning letting me know her eta which is nice so I don’t need to wait around all day and the messaged me when she was 30min away as well as when she arrived and asked if I’d like to meet her at the front door or for her to start. I met her at the door for her to do the inside then she tacked the outfdpprs and messaged me when she was done explaining everything she had taken care of. Love her to pieces!

Aptive employees are friendly, helpful, and respectful. They take great care around our property. They will come between scheduled visits if needed. They are super great at communicating, always texting to let you know when they are on their way and when they have completed the job. They ask if there are certain areas or pests we’re having problems with. They also send photos of the areas they sprayed. Aptive does a great job!
