I recommend this company 100%. The office people are a joy to communicate with and help with your needs with satisfaction guaranteed. I had a really bad roach infestation and Preventive got rid of them 100% and the roaches have never come back. And today the technician, Larry, cane out to evaluate a rodent issue and he was exceptional with being professional and extremely friendly(very easy to talk to) and my guy had set up some rat traps last night and it turns out, I think, the rat that I saw a few nights ago, was caught in the trap this morning in the garage. So Larry took it away from here and I did not have to do that and I am so grateful for him doing that.Insects and Rodents freak me out alive or dead. I have met a few of the technicians that have serviced this house on a monthly basis when we had the roach issue and I have to say that Larry is the best technician and now he is my hero for taking that dead filthy creature out of this house! Thank you for your services !
I had Larry H. Come out today and he was an excellent tech. So thorough and just went above and beyond. Been using this company for over a year now and very happy with them. I get the mosquito and general pest service monthly and it’s helped keep bugs and mosquitos out of the house.
Outstanding service as usual by Daniel K. He always gives us a window of when he will arrive and keeps us updated on his ETA (he’s usually early) which we really appreciate. Daniel is familiar with the problem areas in our back patio and gives them extra attention. He works fast but always lets us ask questions and gives us useful information. Beyond that, Daniel has a great attitude and we always enjoy having him service our home.
This company is amazing! We live up against a big open field and get lots of critters & pests in our yard. The technicians are always checking with me to see what our needs are, and they do change with the seasons. They are thorough and communicate well.
