Laurel was very helpful with getting my initial service set up. She allowed me plenty of time to read through the agreement statement and was able to expertly answer all of my questions.
Axiom has been great to work with, we signed a contract. A first visit date was set, technician Dan called priority to confirm the appointment. Dan met with me, answered all my questions, we walked the property and Dan was eager to meet my needs. Once Dan finished the visit he checked to insure my needs were met. I called to schedule an appointment to come to the home because we have ants in our master bath Henry was the one that helped us, he did a really good job. We scheduled the appointment and it’s gonna be this Saturday, March 6 so we can’t review the service cause it hasn’t happened yet, but Henry did a great job.
Moved in from out of state and was surprised at the number of spiders (and their size!) that were in the house. While on a walk around the block we saw an Axiom truck, turns out that we had a representative that lives in our general area! Got Dan’s card, and he made his way out within a week and got us hooked up. Bi-monthly visits have kept the crawlers at bay, and my wallet doesn’t suffer too much. All around good company to do business with.
