We found ourselves with rats/mice under the house and in the attic space. This was the second time. We thought it had been fixed previously, but apparently not. Everything went as described by Ilay and eventually, the company removed all our insulation in the attic space because it had become so badly contaminated, Weeks later, after assuring us and themselves that all the pests were gone, they came by and replaced the insulation in less than a day. Overall they were very clean, polite, and considerate of our house and its contents and the work crews were always on time. Needless to say, we are very pleased with the results and especially with their lifetime guarantee. They are not inexpensive, but we feel that we received value for the services rendered.
