I am very happy with my service from these guys! We had a problem with rats that was very stressful. I had no idea what to do so I called Kroetch’s. Dakota came in quickly with a lot of knowledge and went right to work with exclusion and remediation. He was very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure the problem was solved. After everything was done and our bill was paid, he came a few more times to check on things to make sure he didn’t miss anything. Then he still followed up after to ask me how things were. I appreciated that. He really cares about the quality of his work.

We were visiting the area and had a very disturbing rodent problem in our RV. We checked Google and saw that this company had a 5 star rating. We called and from the moment the phone was answered we received outstanding service. Dakota was very understanding of our problem and concerns. It was late in the day when we called and although he would have liked to attend to our Miracle Beach campsite, hours in his day did not allow for that. The alternative, visit us at 8:00 a.m. the next morning. Dakota arrived as promised and got to work right away. His main concern was where the rodents were getting into our RV. He crawled underneath and found a hole or two which he closed off. We had already positioned several traps and he approved of their location. Communication and Concern: Excellent.
