Customer Reviews

James Churchill

Me and my SO have received assistance from Alex on multiple occasions, and he has been outstanding every single time! An admirably high attention to detail, even understanding how important it was to be careful with chemicals around my pet parakeets! If you're having any kind of pest issues, there shouldn't even be a question as to who you should hire.

We've been relying on Lincoln Pest Control off and on since we bought our house about eight years ago. The company is extremely professional--quickly responds to inquiries; provides honest feedback, which means if the situation doesn't require a service or treatment plan, they'll tell you; and their work is top-notch. Alex S., who we've worked with for the last few years, is very knowledgeable, enthusiastic about the job, and empathetic. Above all else, he's diligent when it comes to the services that he provides and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure that any problems are rectified as quickly as possible. We can't recommend him enough!

Got to hand it to our local technician Alex Snow! He did a great job, and was extremely friendly. I look forward to working with him for many years to come. Alex especially did a great job because he fixed our hornet problem with ease even when a national extermination company already failed on our job site twice. We've switched to Lincoln Pest Control because of the expertise and capability of Alex, thank you so much!
