Honestly I can’t say anything other than great things about Dr death staff and services. Today was a restart of my services and the tech who came out was amazing. Super nice and knowledgeable recommend 10/10
The gated community that I live in uses this company’s services. I happen to be home one morning getting ready to leave for work and a gentleman shows up in The Doctor Death black pickup truck and starts unraveling a long hose down the street. I kindly asked the gentleman not to spray my shrubs as there was really no need. I have a termite program through Petri and I take care of my property myself. The gentleman was very nice and said “no problem”. A few minutes later, I was in my courtyard moving my trashcan out to the road for trash pick up and the gentleman came by spraying my entire property excessively, with overspray hitting the right side of my car, spraying my palm trees from bottom to top and with overspray that went over the front wall into my courtyard and all over me while I was moving my trashcan. The gentleman did not know I was in my courtyard because he could not see me since there is a wall, but I’m just wondering why he did that.I’m giving him the benefit of the doubt to say maybe he forgot not to spray my property as he was working away. But it seems suspicious as he sprayed excessively and from a right angle location in front of my house maybe not be seen.So, this is how this company operates, they have one guy with a powerful sprayer in the truck and he douses the whole area with chemicals and quickly moves on. If this is the kind of service you’re looking for, this company is right up your alley. It just seems to me that this is a somewhat lazy way to operate. In the past, I’ve seen pest companies come in to our neighborhood with a technician that has a backpack or some kind of canister and he sprays a focused spray on plants and certain areas instead of fogging the whole area haphazardly. Over the years I’ve also seen trucks come in and spray from a hose, but they apply the chemicals in a more focused manner.Just not a great experience. The company operates via a shot gun like approach to pest control by dousing an area with chemicals and quickly moves through the neighborhood. So I gave two stars for their overall approach and for the negative experience.

second time i hired dr death and miguel showed up pretty fast. first time i hired them for my friend‘s apartment who had an ant problem and they took care of it and the ants were never to be seen again. second time for roaches at my place and i know they‘ll disappear as well.
Excellent service - Two technicians came out (Alex & Jesse). They were excellent, very thorough! They inspected the entire house carefully, and then also did the front and back yard! Very polite and professional! I am very pleased with their service.
