They were a tenting subcontractor for Terminix and pretty much came and went as they saw fit even though I had tenants in the house and needed to coordinate the whole thing. The communication between the two companies was null and void. My tenants were forced to leave the house at the last minute as the crew showed up half a day early. When it was time to come back and return the keys they did not call or even return calls for that matter. They showed at the last minute like royalty. They also broke some roof tiles and refuse to take responsibility for it. The guys did not traverse the roof properly, or carefully for that matter. You do sign a waiver in case of cracked tiles, that the guy that sells you the plan will never tell you about. But honestly what's the point in tenting your house if they're going to crack tiles. Time to start using lifts or drones.
This was my first experience using the fumigation method for my home. I was uncomfortable at first from listening ?? to other people’s experiences. How after talking and actually watching them through the process on my home ?? from start to finish. This crew worked really well as a team, they laughed by having fun while getting the job done. Excellent with communicating with one another, especially with their supervisor. Ensuring what he needs from them is fully understood. If I had to do this again, I would want this same team. Thank you Terminix ??????????????????

I previously had a bad experience with a different company so this was a breath of fresh air! Top notch service, honest, friendly and timely! Thank you guys for being the best there is!
This was the absolute worst service I have received from PEST who is contracted with Terminix to fumigate. We had to put the tent on our house and not only was I treated disrespectfully by the staff but had to get an extra night at a hotel since they refused to provide service when they were supposed too. In order to get them to come back and put up the tent my 90 yr old father in law and my 87 yr old neighbor had to take down a portion of the roof which two technicians stated did not have to come down. So not only is my roof destroyed, I had to bat for another night stay for 2 rooms. Then I was told the tent would be removed between 10-11 am Thursday. We waited at the house for them to show and take off the tent. Since they did not show I called the fumigator and he said that he will come when he comes but to be nice he will call 30 minutes before he gets to my house like he was doing me a favor. When they finally showed up later in the afternoon they put the whole blame on Terminix. They were unprofessional, disrespectful and I would not recommend them to anyone.
