Both Seth and Brittany were absolutely wonderful. I didn't feel a hard sell from Seth, which I like and Britney was very polite and let me know when the service was starting and ending as well as just giving me some reasonable expectations that I can see over the next 30 days. I will see how a year goes with them and provide an update then. As of now, I would definitely recommend this pest control group.

So first let's start with Seth. Super cool dude very knowledgeable explained everything to me to a T. If I had a question he answered it. Pricing is very affordable. Then theres Britt who was the service technician that came out SAME DAY! thats a awesome statement to the company and what the future looks like with them. Britt did a phenomenal job and was very nice and did a great job from the web removal to the spraying inside and out. Outstanding job for first ever service! I look forward to the relationship with Urbanex Pest Control!!! Can't wait for these scorpions to vanish!
