Watch these people closely. I got an email stating a service was going to happen on a certain day. I called but no one answered so I left a VM. I told the company that I no longer needed nor wanted their scheduled service. A technician showed up and sprayed the house. Now I am going to be charged a treatment that I feel I didn't need. As mentioned previously, I no longer wanted pest service from this company. Apparently, I got a call from the company wanting to talk about my request to stop service. What this turns out to be (I called them after I got a text with a survey regarding a service I didn't want) is another opportunity to sell MORE services to me for NEXT year. WTH! Stop already! They gave me a service I didn't need. They don't want to make this situation right, so I'm writing this review. Again, not saying don't hire these people. What I am saying is if you do, then watch them closely. If given a chance to hire them again, I certainly would not. Full stop. End of story.

Brendyn Dooley treated our house this morning. He phoned before his arrival to say he was running a few minutes late, which wasn’t a problem but was nice to know. Brendyn was very professional & friendly and we appreciated him putting on booties over his shoes while he was in the house. We’ve been using Fenix for several years now and we highly recommend them.

Jerome Hamilton serviced my home today, He was professional, polite, Called before to give me a heads up when he would be here which I appreciated. Overall service with everyone at Fenix has been really good! Whenever I have had a concern, it is addressed, and I am very satisfied with the outcome.
