Watch these people closely.I got an email stating a service was going to happen on a certain day. I called but no one answered so I left a VM. I told the company that I no longer needed nor wanted their scheduled service.A technician showed up and sprayed the house. Now I am going to be charged a treatment that I feel I didn't need. As mentioned previously, I no longer wanted pest service from this company.Apparently, I got a call from the company wanting to talk about my request to stop service. What this turns out to be (I called them after I got a text with a survey regarding a service I didn't want) is another opportunity to sell MORE services to me for NEXT year. WTH! Stop already!They gave me a service I didn't need. They don't want to make this situation right, so I'm writing this review.Again, not saying don't hire these people. What I am saying is if you do, then watch them closely.If given a chance to hire them again, I certainly would not. Full stop. End of story.
Brendyn Dooley treated our house this morning. He phoned before his arrival to say he was running a few minutes late, which wasn’t a problem but was nice to know. Brendyn was very professional & friendly and we appreciated him putting on booties over his shoes while he was in the house. We’ve been using Fenix for several years now and we highly recommend them.
