Mr. Menker was personable. I appreciated him explaining the process for the inspection. He was timely in his inspection procedure. Brown Pest Control is fortunate to have him in their employ.

As soon as Austen left I called the Office of Brown Pest Control to let them know how pleased we were with Austen. He was very nice, courteous, knowledgeable and took the time to explain anything we were not sure about. I also left the message that Austen was a real keeper! Great job.
