We spoke to Nick on the phone. He sold us the service based on his amazing customer service. He is probably the best person we’ve ever spoken to from a customer service standpoint. Truly a gem you have in the company. He explained how one mouse in the house could actually be something else without scaring me to packing up and selling the house to this mouse. We have a ninja mouse, the Jason Bourne of rodents, who will not go in a trap we set. He really wants to get me to move out. But with Nicks help and hopefully your contract, he will be gone before I pack up and move! Nick has me convinced that with Greenix, we will defeat the mastermind of Stewart Littles.. If not, Nick explained the wonderful policy you have! And if all else fails, I’m moving :)

Greenix is doing a good job at keeping the mice away. They are very nice when you call or speak with a technician. They are also reasonably priced and give discounts to veterans and people with disabilities. That is very thoughtful.

The technician that provided the service was friendly and knowledgeable. He did a good job but accidentally damaged an outlet in my house that resulted in a half of the outlets and lights in my house to not work. Since then dealing with this company has been a nightmare. I had to spend significant amount of time on the phone with no results, use my PTO for appointments that were missed and had to find an electrician to repair the damage and get light restored. I regret having chosen this company and will not recommend them, if something goes wrong, they leave you holding the bag.
