Scouts Pest control was the 1st company to answer my inquiry. Within a few months I no longer heard noises coming from my garage. They reply within a timely manner when I reach out. Techs have been very nice, patient, professional, understanding. They even located possible areas where the rodents may have gained entry. Hadn't been able to enter my garage in months. Now can relax just a little. May take me a little longer before I get the nerve to go into my garage. But that has nothing to do with Scouts. Will continue to use this service.
??????????Scout Pest Control is hands down the best pest control company out there.After dealing with an ongoing flea problem, I first tried Scout Pest Control and the very next day, the fleas were gone and they stayed gone and I had no other issues. They also dealt with my outside pest problems and were very easy to contact through Text, Call, or even Email!BUT I WILL SAY DO NOT USE OR PAY FOR SERVICES FROM “Safe-Spray Pest Control,” because They do NOT I MEAN NOT KNOW HOW TO GET RID OF FLEAS. also, when I use Safespray, I still had wasp and other bugs coming into my home and then later on dying so they did a poor job on the outside part of the Pest Control as well and they were not convenient or easy to work with. So unfortunately they did a really poor job. The treatments did not work, the problem wasn’t resolved, and they did not work with me at all when I raised concerns. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience.Calling back Scout Pest Control was a complete turnaround. They were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and extremely thorough from the very first visit. They actually listened, explained everything clearly, and followed through. Most importantly—their treatment worked and the flea problem was finally taken care of.Their pricing is fair and reasonable, especially for the level of service and real results they deliver. Scout Pest Control clearly knows what they’re doing, and it shows.If you’re dealing with fleas or ANY pest issue and want it handled correctly by people who truly care, Scout Pest Control is the company to call. I highly recommend them and wish I had gone with them last time (The second time I needed pest control) .
Chris came by for our first service today and was great! He explained the process and ensured that he got everywhere we needed to inside and out with avoiding my kids toys (thank you!!!). My son was home with me and he was super sweet to him too. The overall process to start here was great and Jason was very helpful in diagnosing what kind of pests we were seeing. Rates are great too!
I have to say… I am SO impressed with Scout! Their service is absolutely amazing. While I am never home for treatment, we never have any issues with pests inside! Their outside service is amazing, but they will always treat inside if i just ask! Please note as well, they have amazing customer service all around. Miss Ivy was very sweet this last time we spoke! Amazing company
Chris was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of our questions. We are new to the south and he educated us on pests here. He was very thorough as well. Overall, our experience with Scout Pest Control, from getting an inspection for buying the home, to this service, has been wonderful. They are great with communication! Everyone we've had contact with has been very pleasant and accommodating. Great company with excellent service!
