Casey recently came out to do the quarterly maintenance. He is professional and got the work done efficiently. I asked him to come back to handle a wasp issue in my shed, he came back and handled it very quickly. Forterra has excellent customer service, and the as needed spot treatments included in the price of the quarterly treatments are great.
