Customer service was quite rude but I can get past that so long as they provide good service. Unfortunately they do not, and they had no problem telling me they dont mind the use of traps that are inhumane if it "gets the job done" such as glue traps. They are "cheap and quick so some unintended animals do end up getting their skin and fur torn off" I asked for examples and was told "along with mice, there are squirrels, snakes, butterflies, and domestic animals that have been stuck on their traps" ... this company did not seem to care.

Enviropest is one of only a couple of companies in Denver that treat termites. After reading reviews I chose Enviro. Jaylen and Keynon were exceptional. They notified me when they were on their way, were on time and very professional. They took the time to explain what & why they were doing things. Even explaining the habits of termites. They went above and beyond their duties when they bagged the leaves that they had to move to install the bait traps. Enviropest’s cost was very reasonable and they have a yearly maintenance program that is very reasonable. All in all I’m very satisfied with this company and highly recommend hiring them.
My regular service was scheduled when I found a hornet nest in my backyard. This service appt, I was told 5 days in advance (thank you!) and was able to call and have the nest removed too. I wasn’t home for the service and the tech forgot the nest. When I texted the tech, he hurried back over, apologized and took care of it quickly. Appreciate his service!
We have used this service for many years and they have done a great job for us. Enviropest has come back out as necessary to resolve issues. Their price is competitive and we highly recommend their service.
