Technicians are generally terrible. Leave the house in worse condition than before they arrived. Insect control is minimal at best. Last technician tracked mud through the house and used so much interior spray. He set off water leak detectors. Definitely the worst Pest control option.
Wilson did an excellent job with the Aptiv service today! Aptiv helps control insects from coming inside my home, and he made sure everything was done thoroughly. What impressed me most was that he even offered to remove the cobwebs on my patio something no one else had ever offered before, even though there were plenty of webs. His extra effort and attention to detail really stood out. Highly recommend Wilson and Aptiv!
I have to say, I am extremely disappointed with Aptive and their extreme lack of accountability. In January of this year, one of their technicians crashed his vehicle into my trailer that was parked on the roadway. The manager assured me that they would handle the repair cost out of pocket. After months and months and months of runaround and no responses and failure to make good on the payments, I decided that I should file a claim through their insurance. Their insurance Company operates at about the same standard and I have been given the runaround through them as well. If I could give negative stars, I think that would be more appropriate. I would highly discourage anyone from using this company.
Would leave 0 starts if I could. I contacted them for an ant issue that I had. They ensured the ants would be handled. Within less than 1 month they have been out here twice with no resolution only an increase in ants in my home. I had a kids party at my house and was humiliated by the ants! I had to hire another service and spend more money on bait to handle it myself. Their products didn’t work on ants anywhere inside and out. They stayed for spiders in garage and no results there either! Completely unacceptable
I've never had a bad experience with Aptive. Today I feel like we got the Royal treatment. Wilson did such an amazing job! He got every crack and crevice! I've been so pleased with Aptive and feel that is been worth every penny! Thank you so much Wilson for going above and beyond to get rid of these pesky bugs!!
