Made sure to follow up with me later that week to make sure I didn't need anything and if the inside was still doing okay.
Shawn arrived on time and was very professional in confirming what services he was providing today. He explained the products and provided a recommendation as what I needed to do in addition to him spraying to rid our home of our WASP issue.At the end of the service he recapped all of the tasks.
