Rasha was awesome. He came and did a great job and I had forgotten to unlock the back fence. We messaged and asked him to comeback and he came back so fast. Came to the door and was so kind and understanding. We’ve loved everyone at Prime pest and lawn.

Chase S. did a amazing job and was kind and courteous I was not at home at the time and ask him to get a specific area so he showed me the areas that he was getting for me and was in complete contact with everything he did can't recommend this tech enough probably the best employee I've ever met in my entire life working for pest control company. Made sure to follow up with me later that week to make sure I didn't need anything and if the inside was still doing okay.

Shawn arrived on time and was very professional in confirming what services he was providing today. He explained the products and provided a recommendation as what I needed to do in addition to him spraying to rid our home of our WASP issue. At the end of the service he recapped all of the tasks. Great job all around. Definitely, a 5+ experience.

Good service for pest control. The techs are respectful and listen to your concerns. I've never had a problem with them. They were great to get rid of the mice and wasps. My wasp problem was huge, and they got it done. It's definitely worth to get the subscription. Caleb has been very kind and respectful. Thank you

Always a great job by Prime. Jordan was prompt and courteous, and the lawn job itself is great. Been using this service all year and the lawn looks amazing. Thank you.
