I thought the bad reviews were probably exceptions since there will always be dissatisfied customers, but I have to admit I had the same problem: they tried to tell us the technician had come and charge us for a service that wasn't provided. We were given a specific date and time he was supposed to come. However, we were home and no one showed up. Luckily, we have security cameras proving that no one came, because the person on the phone insisted the work had been done. Without cameras, we would have been forced to pay for nothing. That said, the woman at the counter is REALLY nice and competent. She's the only positive thing about this company.
