After a very bad experience with another extermination company, we were hesitant to try this one, but after speaking with Frédérike on the phone, her professionalism and thoroughness really put us at ease. We were going to shop around for a few companies before making a decision, and in the end, there was no need to look elsewhere; we knew we were in the hands of professionals.

The exterminator was also incredibly friendly. He took the time to explain everything to us in detail and tell us what to watch out for and how to prevent future infestations. We received service from a true professional who knows exactly what he's doing. We are truly impressed by the company's expertise. A big thumbs up to the company!
